Overview of the position

We are on the hunt for a driven, energetic and hungry Sales Professional who is passionate about new client acquisition and expanding market presence. This role focuses on reaching new clients in vibrant markets including Central Europe, the UK, the Nordics, and the US. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and helping us reach untapped potentials.

You would be working as part of sales team supported by our team of engineers on new GenAI driven products, technologies and client projects. The position is remote-first (EU timezone), but we hope to get some face time in the form of company retreats. You’re also welcome to join our offices currently located in Turku and Helsinki.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new accounts: Identify potential clients, develop strategies to engage them, and close deals to expand our market footprint.
  • Market expansion strategies: Help us penetrate and establish presence in new markets, understanding the unique needs and challenges of diverse regions.
  • Client engagement: Travel to client meetings, conferences, and industry meetups to represent Intentface and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies: Work closely with our sales, marketing and delivery teams to refine sales approaches based on market feedback and emerging trends.

Must-have Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales prowess: At least 2 years of experience in sales with a demonstrable track record in new client acquisition.
  • Great communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively negotiate and close deals.
  • Market savvy: Experience with IT professional services, software, digital services, or AI domain is highly preferred.
  • Language skills: Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a plus for closing international deals.
  • Willingness to travel: Ready to visit clients and attend industry events as needed.
