Overview of the position
We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join us.
You would be working with our team of engineers on new GenAI driven products, technologies and client projects. The position is remote-first, but we hope to get some face time in the form of company retreats. You’re also welcome to join our offices currently located in Turku and Helsinki.
If you're a design oriented tinkerer — either a designer with development skills or a developer with a strong knack for design, you probably find interesting things to build with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Five years of experience in either design or software development
- Concept design, problem solving
- UI/UX design
- Product design
- Front-end development
- Prototyping and learning new technologies
Must-have Skills and Qualifications
- Good eye for high class UX & UI
- Conceptual thinking capabilities
- Tools & technologies: Figma, Typescript
- Willingness to automate boring parts of your job
Good-to-haves
- GenAI knowledge & experience building RAG-based products
- Experience with AI/ML
- Ability to leverage existing components and libraries
